Step 1

Call our customer care executives on 011-42333909 and inform them about the problem with your device. You will be given a unique Complaint Id.

Step 2

Download all the required documents from our website which are mendatory to submit along with personal documents listed below

  • One photocopy of Membership card no.
  • Photocopy of Original Bill on Claimant's Name.
  • Self-Attested Photo ID Proof of Claimant.
  • Damage Claim Form (form 1C)
  • Incident Report Form (form 2C
  • Consent To Make Payment to Guard UR Mobile

Step 3

Be ready with documents and hand over all of them when our field executive arrives.

Step 4

If there is a cashless service centre available in your area, you will be assigned an authorized service centre and you can avail of the cashless service.
